He speaks on a variety of subjects around the world from business to spirituality. Eswaran spoke at a number of universities, World Economic Forum, and Commonwealth Business Forums. He is also a leading personality in philanthropic initiatives and was part of many campaigns. Vijay instituted RYTHM Foundation at QI Group to increase both CSR initiatives and charitable contributions in the firm. He also established Vijayaratnam Foundation in Malaysia to assist child mentoring, women empowerment, special education, and youth development.

Vijay completed his Masters in Management from Southern Illinois University located in Carbondale. He worked with IBM and other tech majors and took care of positions in U.S., Europe, Canada, etc.

In the early 90s, Eswaran decided to return to Malaysia and started his entrepreneurial life. Now, his QI Group has the presence in more than 30 countries and has regional offices in all the major Asian financial centers.
